DRAFTER  STRUCTURE /ARCHITECTURE

Maximum age 35 y.o

Minimum Diploma degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture

Experience min. 3 years experience in the same position in construction companies, especially in High Rise Building project

Computer literate MS Office, AutoCAD/3D

Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

HSE MANAGER

Maximum age 45 y.o

Minimum Bachelor degree in Public Health/ Civil Engineering / Architecture

Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Manager in construction companies, especially in High Rise Building project

Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

Responsibility : 

Planning and  implement Health and Safety policies and regulations

Monitoring HSE officer and HSE Supervisor activities

Preparing Health and Safety Reports and Programs

Coordinate occupational accident handling and other emergency conditions

QUALITY SUPERVISOR STRUKTUR/ FINISHING

Maximum age 40 y.o

Minimum Diploma degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture

Minimum 3 years experience as Quality Supervisor in property or construction companies, especially in High Rise Building project

Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

Responsibility :

To coordinate and assure job processes in order to achieve target in quality, time, cost efficient, and considering Health, Safety and Environment.

SITE MANAGER MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL

Maximum age 45 y.o

Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical

Minimum 3 years experience as Site Manager in property or construction companies, especially in High Rise Building project

Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

Responsibility  : 

To lead and manage  job processes in order to achieve target in quality, time, cost efficient, and considering Health, Safety and Environment.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Maximum age 45 y.o

Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil/ Architecture/ Mechanical / Electrical

Minimum 5 years experience as QA/QC Manager in property or construction companies, preferably specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent

Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

Responsibility :

Conduct all activities to assure that work results fulfill quality standards and required specification

Making work instruction on projectCooperate with subcont to conduct inspection planning
